Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.

A. I recently recover data from a completely dead hard drive. The client tried other computer repair shop but failed since most shop doesn't offer full recovery.

I evaluated a small business network infrastructure and solve the slowness issue. The network was improperly designed not utilizing the advance feature of the network equipment.

I eradicated a virus/Trojan where the previous technicians failed.


Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. There not a lot of engineers who are experience with most aspect in computer fields. The result is they can only offer what they know which is not always financially the best solution. My advice is always get a second opinion.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. My 25 years of extensive hands-on experience in multiple fields of Information Technology. Diversification includes, Network Engineering, Systems / Database Administrator, Application / WEB programming and managing hi-profile projects. When people hire me, they are also hiring the same person who used to service fortune 500 companies.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Get a quote and compare. Ask the engineer to explain the issue or project in laymans term you can understand. Always ask for backup plan and contingency
