Question and answer

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I work with friends and neighbors in Elk Grove and Stockton that know that they can trust the information that I give them to be accurate. I have earned the advanced designations to be able to give them expert advice on very complicated real estate matters. They also know I will go the extra mile to see that their expectations are exceeded. I pride myself on compassionately working with them to find a solution other than foreclosure and if they must leave their home, they do so with dignity.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Working with neighbors that are facing the possibility of losing their homes is a humbling experience. It is a blessing for me to not only compassioantely help them through a difficult time, but also it reminds me to count my own blessings each and every day.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. "We are behind on our mortgage payments and the bank is calling us and sending us foreclosure notices - what can we do?"

I ask them to share with me when the trouble began and to try to explain how they got to where they are now. After their responses, I ask if they wish to stay in their homes or if they want to make a clean break and get our from under their debt. Depending on their answers, I give them possible solutions to avoid foreclosure and start living their lives again - whether it be loan modification, Short Sale or Deed-In-Lieu to name just a few.
