Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. We repair, warranty and non warranty, appliances both residential and commercial including vacuums and air conditioners. We also place and repair "All In One" vending machines as well as install replacement appliances and dispose of old appliance.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Make sure the provider is licensed and insured for your protection. Unlicensed and uninsured "companies" do not have your best interest in mind and leave you no recourse when they cause damages. Licensing can be checked at: http://www.bearhfti.ca.gov. Protect yourself. Yes legal companies are a little more expensive but well worth it.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Before hiring a provider, ask if they are licensed, license number, and verify for yourself by going to: http://www.bearhfti.ca.gov. Also if they are factory trained and authorized by manufacturer to do the kind of service you need. Many companies do repairs but do not do refrigerator service as they are not CFC certified to work with refrigerants. When in doubt, ask them to provide CFC certification proof. All our techs ARE CFC Certified and all are background and drug screened.
