- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first visit cost would be paid on my arrival. Any estimate for repair would be agreed on before any repair is made. Parts would have to be paid prior to repair and labor paid once job is complete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set an initial appointment. Perform needed diagnostics. The diagnostics will be paid by initial visit cost. I will then deliver an estimate for parts and labor repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received certification in washer / dryer repair, dishwasher, stove , oven and microwave repair
