Denis was great for this repair. I originally tried another service who didn't even want to touch my refrigerator. Denis has experience with Whirlpool refrigerators that have an issue where the cables get kinked and get cut at the door hinge. He was able to splice it together. At first I thought the repair didn't work but then I forgot that I had turned off the ice machine switch. It's now working and we have ice again!

Denis came to a home that I’m a house manager for. There was an issue with a dryer that was making a very loud noise and an oven probe error issue. Denis was a dream. He was on time, gave me a half hour heads up before he arrived, explained what was wrong with both appliances, explained why it might be more reasonable to purchase a new dryer ( this one was purchased in 2009) versus paying for the dryer parts then having the same problems down the line. I highly recommend this business!!
