We took a leap of faith based on Yelp reviews and hired Nora Spanish Catering to do a birthday dinner for thirty foodies. Sergio, Emily and their crew did an absolutely spectacular job in every way. Guests were dazzled by the fare: two brilliant paellas (one regular, one veg), a gorgeous green salad, some tapas, some other passed items. Everyone loved the food and the smell of it cooking on their cool burner stands had everyone famished. The team prepared hot tapas in our kitchen and it was a whirlwind of activity--and absolutely spotless when they left. We could not believe the ingredients we saw going into these dishes--absolutely the freshest, most gorgeous produce, shellfish, spices, etc. Their pricing was fair and the menu choices were flexible. Completely professional and highly recommended for private event catering. They love what they do, and you can tell!

My experience with Nora was stellar. The food was spot on and exactly what we had envisioned. The service was extremely professional and the menu was a breath of fresh air. Nora catered our daughter's graduation party. I will ask Nora again to cater my son's graduation. Fantastic, Fabulous and Fun!

Sergio cooked paella for our private party. The prep and cooking took two hours and we were impressed by how skillful he was in cooking the paella and his willingness to answer our questions. It was amazing to watch him cook in our garden.

I hired Serg for a birthday party for 30 people, and by the end of the day, everyone at the party wanted to hire him for their next event! As if it weren't enough that he was making us the best paella we have ever had, Serg was friendly and kind, chatting with all of my guests who asked him questions about how he got started, how he preps and cooks the paella, what the tricks are, etc. He takes pride his food, and you can see it in everything he does-- from the quality of the food to his wonderful service. I will definitely hire Serg for another party, and I highly recommend everyone to do the same. He will go above and beyond your expectations!

I hired Ñora to cater an employee event at the Peet's Coffee & Tea home office in Emeryville. They were wonderful to work with, and the paella....incredible! They served 150 of our employees and were very efficient and professional. They served us some innovative combinations and the spices were perfect. I highly recommend them for any event!
