- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing tends to be flat rate based on types of work to be performed and the number of occurrences of the required tasks. We look at the number of transactions and create a flat rate so the client does not receive any surprises when the invoice arrives.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our QuickBooks Professional advisers update their credentials every year. WE do so by taking the Intuit exams as well as attending Intuit training conferences across the US.
