Classes are at Moonlight Beach, and we meet at the snack bar on Monday and Wednesday from 6:00 to 7:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

ThFSun:
Boot camp classes start at 245 S. Coast Hwyw 101, Suite K, Encinitas, 92024, and we meet at the Encinitas Fitness Studio on Friday at 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., Thursday at 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Encinitas Fitness Studio offers Body Blast and Bikini Blast Boot Camp Classes, private, semi-private and personal training, Corporate Wellness Programs, fitness makeovers, sports nutrition, weight-loss coaching, health and wellness classes, wellness consulting, and Fit and Fun Event Planning.

At the Encinitas Fitness Studio, we utilize the indoor space and state of the art equipment such as the Power Plate my-5, kettle bells, dual cross cables, TRX, medicine balls, and weights, and the diverse surrounding terrain to make working out exciting, rewarding and result driven.

We create personalized programs that are tailored to your fitness needs and promise you results.

    I have attended this class since April 2009. Kristen is a fantastic, positive instructor that gears the class for your level. I am not a person who likes to exercise, but she makes it fun while really giving you a good workout. Through diet and exercise, I have lost 25 pounds since I started going to the Body Blast Boot Camp. Kristen is awesome!

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. At Encinitas Fitness we believe that it takes a community to make the individuals within it healthy, fit and happy. It is our motivation to grow our community base and extend our services in personal, group, family and corporate wellness.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. We enjoy having a passion that drives us to work better and harder because we care about our customers.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How much weight can I expect to lose? It all depends on how much work you want to put into taking care of your body. People generally lose 10% of their weight in the first 30 days. At my age, can I get in shape? It's never to late to take ownership of your body and get the results you have been working a lifetime to achieve. How do I build muscle? Through cutting out excess sugar, increasing protein, and participating in weight baring activities 3-5x a week for 15-60 minutes.
Do I have to be in good shape to get started? No. All stages and ages are welcome.
