FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A brief phone call or conversation via email is ideal so we can get a good understanding of what their goals are for training- whether group or private. For private training, we have an extensive consultation form so we can obtain as much history on the dog, activities and relationships with family members as possible. This allows for a smooth consultation where we can maximize our time spent on hands on training and discussion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All trainers have at least one of the following: Karen Pryor Academy Certified Training Partner Certified Professional Dog Trainer Animal Behavior College
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
