Someone came in for a banjo lesson and wanted to play a contemporary song. I downloaded a specifically formated music file for a Bob Marley tune, took the steel drum part and transposed it to banjo tab, and taught him how to play it before he walked out the door 30 minutes later. It was so much fun!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It's important to find a teacher that understands your learning style; that is, how you learn best, as well as what you want to learn. I have a masters certification in communication styles and understanding client's needs. Your satisfaction is guaranteed, or I'll refer you to someone who can address your specific needs if I can't.
