I have been working with Barbara Friedman for a few years now as my Business Management consultant. She has given me sound advice for both seemingly innocent situations, as well as for difficult issues. Some of the times, I didn't understand why she said to do "xyz" and thought that she didn't understand. But, it would always turn out to be the right move. She is incredible. She is truly an expert in what she does, and I cannot recommend Barbara enough.

Barbara and her associates have been working for me for years! They take care of EVERYTHING financal for me from balancing my check books, writing checks, compiling and sending information to my CPA, etc. This is all done with the highest degree of competence, and with smiles!!! Barbara's office is wonderful and I have referred many of my associates to her and they are also very happy with the quality of work that is provided. I highly recommend Barbara Friendman and Associates to anyone that has bookkeeping needs, as they are fantastic!!!!

Barbara Friedman has been my bookkeeper for over 15 years - she is trustworthy, reliable, detail oriented. She does our bank reconciliations, 1099s and multiple other projects. I highly recommend her and her company. I own 3 separate corporations & have a very large nursing agency in the San Fernando Valley and she not only prepares our books but also assists me in tax preparation and works directly with our CPA. She is extremely knowledgeable and accurate on what needs to be done. She is someone who I would rate 10 on a scale of 1-10. She is an asset to our business.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We have been in business over 20 years.
We are reliable and our prices are very reasonable. we actually know what we are doing and have training in accounting. Many CPA's call us in to fix books that have been messed up by people who call themselves bookkeepers because they know how to do Quickbooks.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Working with people and helping people. The independence of working with people we choose.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Many customers are embarassed by how there finances are organized or not organized. We tell them that we are not here to judge them but to help them and we really mean that. We are grateful that other people don't want to or like to do their own bookkeeping because that is what we love to do.
How much do you charge. We work on a minimum monthly fee which covers most clients needs plus an additional hourly fee for over 5 hours a month for clients who require more time. we work very fast and because we work in our office we are not wasting time in travel or going to the restroom. we bill only for the time we work on your account.
