- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Establish contact: The first step in working with a new customer is to establish contact. This can be done through a phone call, email, or in-person meeting. 2. Determine needs: Ask the customer what their needs are, from a construction perspective. This could include the type and size of the project, a timeline, budget, and any other relevant information. 3. Provide a quote: Provide the customer with a quote based on their needs. Make sure to be clear and include any details or restrictions. 4. Negotiate: Negotiate a price and timeline with the customer. Be sure to discuss any potential changes or added costs that could arise during the project. 5. Sign agreement: Have the customer sign a contract or agreement outlining all of the details of the project. 6. Begin work: Begin work on the project according to the agreement. Keep the customer informed of progress and any changes throughout the process. 7. Final payment: Upon completion of the project, collect the final payment from the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed General Contractor and have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. I am well versed in the construction industry and have a comprehensive understanding of the laws and regulations surrounding the construction industry. I have experience in project management, budgeting, construction scheduling, and contract negotiation. I am knowledgeable in all aspects of the construction process, from design to finish. I also have extensive experience in subcontractor management, quality control, and safety management. Additionally, I have taken numerous courses related to business management, including accounting, finance, marketing, and human resources.
