Introduction: Most one-on-one personal training is very similar, our training concept is much different for these reasons: 1) We specialize in semi-private training (4 people share a training session) which creates a more enjoyable and affordable environment, 2) we engage in free-form training as opposed to working with standard fixed-motion machines which has proven to yield more enjoyment and better results, 3) we encourage our clients to work with all of the trainers on our staff instead of sticking with just one, which increases training diversity and offsets burnout, 4) we don't charge initiation fees, 5) we don't require long-term contracts or large up-front fees.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Try out a minimum of three gyms or trainers before you select one. If the trainer/gym doesn't allow trial memberships or training sessions, scratch them off your list. Never pay large up-front fees to a trainer, EVER! Never choose a gym or trainer who requires a long-term contract, EVER! Initiation fees are pure profit, don't pay them.
