Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Family portraits, headshots, modeling, maternity, casual shots.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. That you have to really look at a photographer's pictures to get a feel for them.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Go with the flow and don't be too rigid or too strict with people.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I am very passionate about what I do, and it shows in my work. I also like to let my clients lead their session.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. All the variety!
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How long until I get my pictures? I usually say within 10 days (it is never that long though!).
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. Photographers tend to take a lot of pictures of our own families, as they are great practice.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. It just kind of happened lol.
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. I am really proud of the last family I worked with. It was a really bright and windy day, so we had to get creative with where we took pictures, but they came out GREAT!
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. I research other photography sites, just to get fresh ideas.
