Introduction: Relieve stress with reiki healing.
In a one-hour session, you can experience balanced and cleared chakras, extreme relaxation, removal of limiting beliefs, and stress release.
I begin by testing the flow of your chakras to ensure they aren't blocked. If I find stagnant chakras, I get them flowing again.
I incorporate crystal healing along with reiki. I place a different crystal over your chakras. Each crystal holds a different vibration and works to bring balance to the energy centers of the body.
Aromatherapy invigorates the mind, body and spirit. By blending these modalities together, your reiki session will be much more profound and beneficial.
