Manny arrived on time w/ his helper (Bryan). After a few minutes of showing Manny the staircase area & deciding the most advantageous location of the sun tunnel we mapped out the work that would be involved. Being a construction project manager myself, the first thing that I noticed was the energy & professionalism that exuded from Manny. The location of the stairwell sun tunnel tube was a challenge to Manny on a 16 foot high ceiling, but he met & exceeded that challenge from installing the solar tube from the house roof top through the attic space down to the stairwell ceiling. With Manny’s extensive roofing experience there were no stumbling blocks & the project was completed in a timely matter. Also Bryan & Manny did an extensive clean up after the installation was completed. I would recommend Manny’s company for any type of household repair or renovation. Kudos to Zapeleta Renovation!
