Bryan did a great job. He responded right away and worked quickly. Unfortunately another tech had attempted to fix the Ipod before I brought it to Bryan. He damaged the device and Bryan could not fix it. However, he was very helpful in making suggestions on what I could do.
I would not hesitate to recommend Bryan. I wish I had called him first instead of the person who ruined the Ipod.
