Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. What is a Life Coach? A Life Coach is a professionally trained person that works side by side with you to observe your life and guide you as you develop your "next steps" in moving forward in the decisions of your life.

Is a Life Coach a psychologist or psychiatrist? No, they are completely different. Psychologists and psychiatrists are highly trained professionals that focus on a treatable dysfunction and attempt to help the client become healthier and move beyond the medical or mental issues toward a better life. A Life Coach is a highly trained guide that works side by side with you to look at your life and develop a plan to move forward and become happier and better focused on how you want to live. Life Coaches are not their to do the work of the other professionals, instead, they help you move beyond where you are "stuck" or needing perspective or direction and works with you to be the best you ever.
