We also are there outside the gym, contacting our clients to ensure they are making the right decisions when it comes to their diet and staying active. I was always skeptical with hiring a trainer outside of the generic gym trainers, however I took a leap of faith and decided to hire Jake in order to take my workouts to the next level. Hiring Jake has been one of the best decisions I have made. He really is worth the investment that anyone owes to themself and their bodies! He has been so knowledgable about every aspect of my fitness goals and also is so knowledgable about nutrition and that is what is the icing on the cake for me because we all know fitness and nutrition go han in hand to changing your body and getting results. I have been able to gain strength I never knew I had and knowledge about my own body that I know I can use for a lifetime. He is amazing at what he does, and I can see myself being a long-term client!

Simply tell Jake your goal, he will help you get there. I told him I wanted to get off the couch, build endurance and gain strength. In just a matter of weeks I've seen real progress. I could't be happier or more grateful, I expect I'll be walking my favorite trails sooner then I expected. Regardless of where you are in your current level of fitness, couch potato to athlete, young or just young at heart, he'll put together a workout just for you.

Jake worked with me for 8 wks 2x a week. I did not follow the eating program 100% but I still had great results. When I wanted to give up Jake would not give up on me. He encouraged me and looked for ways to encourage me on the journey. I've never worked with a personal trainer before so I wasn't sure what to expect.What I got was education about how to exercise to get results without injury. I cannot recommend Jake more highly.
