I am an experience registered yoga teacher and have been providing gentle yoga instruction since 2001.
My classes are always safe, gentle, and user friendly.

cheryl has such a nice soothing patient voice which makes your yoga class relaxing and beneficial at the same time! you will tone with her classes and build strength...whether you do full or chair yoga you will feel great long term...you'll be glad you gave yourself the gift of health.
