- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we have and utilize a comprehensive estimating system, this system helps us identify more accurately the industry’s pricing so that we don’t over or undercharge our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before we provide an estimate, we like to meet with our prospective clients in person. We recognize this is an interview process. We want to be sure that our prospective customers feel comfortable with our experience and professionalism. Is it a good fit all the way around….. In addition we like to take the extra time to educate our clients on the process and what they can expect when they retain our services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a professional Mr. Perez has over 35 years within the building industry and as accumulated several building licenses, certifications and credentials.
