Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. We do criminal background checks. Communication is just as important as great cleaning. We have professional english speaking cleaners. Thumbstack is a reliable source. We suggest that you make a list as all customers have different requests. You can click on services provided on our website and print this out and highlight your needs and make your own list also. It is important to have the same cleaner each time. This way they get familiar with the house and your personal needs

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Customers are often concerned about liability. The truth is that even if a company has liability insurance if the cleaner gets hurt they can still sue you so there is no need to pay a lot more for a service to be lured in to a false sense of security. People often wonder what the difference is between referral agency and employer. One is not better than the other. If you use a referral agency you do not have employer employee responsibilities unless you pay 1000.00 in a quarter to the cleaner. We send out a disclosure to each new client. The public is so uneducated about this matter.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. If the cleaners speak and understand english. Did we check the references of the cleaner. The consumer often asks if we are licensed and bonded. Clients are lured in to a false sense of security when a company tells the client they are bonded. What the company fails to tell the customer is that in order for the bond to pay off there has to be a conviction in a court of law. We go one step further and do criminal background checks. Don't hire a convicted felon or someone who has a criminal background. The only way to know this is to do the background check. Even if the housecleaner got in trouble in one state and fails to divulge this information it doesn't matter. If the cleaner received mail in that particular state the crime check will pick it up.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. How long the company has been in business. There exposure to the public. What is in the budget for cleaning. Cheapest is not always the best. You get what you pay for.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We do floors on hands and knees. We live up to our name and make your home sparkle Clean. We are detail oriented and we work from your list. There are no contracts to sign. We stand behind what we say
