Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Check out the references, check experience, and hirw a business as to an person who wants to try their hand out on your technolgy.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Get someone that can see the entire picture. If you need network issues resolved, make sure the work they do will not bring down another technology (like netfix on the dvd player).
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. How many years have you been in business? Give me a list of references please. I I have a problem later with the issue you have just worked on - how do I get it fixed? How much do you charge? Do you charge for travel expenses?
