Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Clients that find, us or we find them, are surprised at our experience level. With agency and graphic design background in San Francisco, Silicon Valley and Marin County we know professional level work. Explore the alternatives, try us and we'll show you the difference. We combine graphic design, web design and strategic marketing advice that will separate you from the competitiors.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. That it can be a very collaborative process - as much as the customer has time for. We need to know as much about their industry, competition, target audience as we can. We want to know what makes them unique in their industry, whether it is product or services, and how we can showcase that USP or Unique Selling Point. All this initial information directs our creative process and final winning results.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. What is your range of experience? Do you know or want to know about my industry? Are you flexible to change the creative if isn't fitting for my business? Can you deliver a professional in a reasonable timeframe? We find that most clients are more knowledgeable about their own business than we are - so we listen a lot - until are at appropriate knowledge level. This is a key part of our creative process.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. What exactly are my competitors doing. How we should do the same but more effectively, or maybe even differently. Budget range that they are comfortable spending. Quality marketing and design isn't normally done in an afternoon. Don't always wait to the last minute to seek out you designer - it should be scheduled into your business plan. No idea is a bad idea, keep an open mind - and then winning results will rise to the top.
