I'm only leaving a 1 because a ZERO is not available. At first I was very hopeful. Derrick Troupe gave a great pitch and bid. however Please if ANYONE wants to know about my experience with documentation and photos to back up my story I'll share, I'm actually going to be forced to hire a Lawyer it seems because he took money (over 3000) a deposit and money for a dry wall guy"KINGS" that dumped paint on my plants and yard and took 6 weeks to do a small kitchen WRONG and damage my floor and stove, mis measured 1/2 my kitchen had me pay for the cabinets (over 3000 plus granite) he ordered and then dropped off cabinets to my house that should never have been ordered and now is telling me although its his mistake I should have to pay for a 25% restalking fee and take the cabinets back. He moved plumbing badly to fit cabinets that wont fit and now that needs to be fixed, he has wires exposed from the ceiling and cabinets cant be mounted so THAT has to be fixed, For over a month I have asked him to return the cabinets! He doesnt follow up when he says since it was found out he made all these mistakes. He is not fixing it. YES we all make mistakes however as business owners, as adults, as people of integrity...YOU bite the bullet and FIX what you screwed up...RIGHT? OH and he gave my key to another person although SWORE that he never does that and then lied that he misplaced the key, but had it and could he borrow mine when I found it left on my porch.
