I found New Look Power Wash on Facebook. I called to set up a quote and spoke to Carlos. He was very friendly and customer service oriented. He was willing to come to Danville and do the quote before I left for work in the morning. This fit my schedule very well. He was on time, thorough and efficient. I also appreciated his quick follow up and follow through. He recently completed cleaning the concrete around my home. I have lived here for 11 years and never had it done. It was literally covered in dirt, fertilizer stains and algae. I am very pleased with the work Carlos performed. He was flexible and worked around my ever-changing schedule. The sidewalks, driveway, walkways and patio are bright and clean. It perked up the entire look of my landscaping. I would recommend New Look Power Wash to my friends and neighbors.

We were practically growing an algae garden in our brick patio and our driveway was dingy and full of weeds. We needed help. We contacted several companies, but Carlos was the only one who actually took the time to tour our property, thoroughly assess our needs, make recommendations, and give us a very detailed proposal. We were very impressed with the equipment and the process he used and we could not be happier with the results. Carlos was prompt and professional throughout the process, and his integrity was refreshing. He worked tirelessly for 2 days as if our home was his own, paying attention to every detail, and giving our San Rafael home its new look. The price was more than reasonable for the work performed. New Look goes the extra mile and is head and shoulders above its competition.

MY COURTYARD LOOKS LIKE NEW!! The quality of work was outstanding. Carlos pressure washed my house and courtyard. After washing the concrete and brick in my courtyard he sealed it. It came out beautiful; it's alive again. He first came out and gave me an estimate, I called several references, and then we set up a date to get it done. He gave me a time frame and it was done within that time. Carlos is an expert in his field and I would recommend him to anyone; I will certainly have him back again.. To sum it up, he's extremely knowledgeable, takes pride in his work, has outstanding customer service skills, and the price is right!!!

If you're needing to spruce up or clean off your concrete, bricks, exterior walls, etc., then Carlos is the person to call. He's professional, knowledgeable and diligent. Carlos took care of the moss growth on my brick pavers. What a difference, the bricks look new again. Would gladly call him again and highly recommend his services. Oh, and his price was very reasonable.
