Your At Home Chef can take the hassle and stress out of dinner time for the busy individual or family with personalized meal services. You and the chef will work together to design a meal plan that fits your needs and lifestyle. The menus are tailored especially for you because special care is taken to note your likes, dislikes, allergies, and special diets.

Here is what Jason said about the meal services:

"I just wanted to let you know we love the food this week. Don't get me wrong, every week the food is great, but we are really enjoying the meals this week. Especially the pork with apricot. We really appreciate your services and just wanted to say thanks! "

Here's a typical menu:
*coconut rice with broccoli and almonds with curry chicken
*bbq glazed meatballs and orzo pilaf with carrots and celery
*pork with date and apricot chutney with sauteed zucchini, yellow squash and eggplant
*steak and balsamic glaze and spring mushrooms with asparagus
*tilapia and shrimp in a spanish tomato saffron sauce with corn and artichoke hearts

Chef Russ also does catering for parties, weddings, large and small events.

Your party or wedding will be attended to from start to finish. We will prepare the food, serve, and clean up the dinner. No typical "warmed over" catering food here. The host and guests will be able to fully enjoy the party and not have to worry about anything!

A. Can you give me pictures, past clients of the events or wedding you've done? Do you have event planning services? Can we meet you wait-staff? How can we get creative together to save money??

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Have the caterer quote only the food and wait-staff. Is buffet and option. What are some alliterative to rental fees.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Will you chef be part of the meeting. Tell me about you chef. Will he be doing a tasting?? How can I try his food?

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. Wedding for Jessica and Clark in Davis. 200 folks. Standing applause for the food. Worked from 5am till 1 am. 11 wait-staff and bartenders. Pics and menu avail upon request.
