As a Certified Professional Life and Leadership Coach I assist my clients in improving their levels and styles of communication and increasing the effectiveness of their relationships (both professional and personal). My interest lies in enhancing the success of all I work with and assisting them as they move forward towards their desired successes at work and/or home. I focus on coaching management, sales professionals and individuals around the skill sets involved with their business and life rather than just supplying them with motivation. Motivation wears off. Skill sets last. The more recent focus of my management, team and life coaching workshops has been about creating positive and highly successful communication which leads to similar relationships, with colleagues, staff, as well as customers. I am more interested in coaching people to find the skills involved with achieving their success rather than teaching them to dream. Everybody wants more, but it's something entirely different to become more. I am interested in enhancing the success of all I work with and assisting them as they move forward towards their desired successes.
