I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism this business shows. I called and made an appointment, with Eddy, to come to my house and provide an estimate on services needed. The time of the appointment comes and goes. Thirty minutes later after the agreed upon appointment time I still had not received a call to update me on why he was late or to reschedule. Seeing I need to take the initiative I called only to find out his phone was off going straight to voice mail. I left a message asking for a call back which I never received. I feel a local business that ignores and disregards its customers with such ease should not have the support of the community they solicit for business.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. At Estabrook Tree care, we are focused on work from start to finish. Estabrook prides themselves on there skills to listen to the customers needs and make a plan that suits each job. Once the job is discussed we completes the job leaving the landscaping with a clean finish. We accept payment after the work is completed Our goal is to insure customer satisfaction and help our company stay a quality Tree service.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love the outdoors and trees and feel am making an aesthetic difference in the comminuties that I work. . Each tree has its own pesonality, structure, strength and growing habits. Experience helps makes proper choices on how to trim each specific tree species. We enjoy the engineering aspect of removing old dead dangerous trees. When the rain is coming down and the wind is gusty we are out helping save trees and keeping things picked up. Sometimes It makes for an exciting day. There really is very little I dont like about this line of work
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. I get several questions on tree replacement of removed trees and I often instruct them to look online at sites like those offered by SMUDS shade tree program or the websight offered by the Sacramento Tree Foundation. There are many sizes shapes and colors of trees that need to be considered when picking the right tree for the right place.
