We offer extensive P.M. service and reports and are more then just an "emergency service" company. Many small problems when addressed and corrected prevent those “emergency” calls. We can inspect and service 20 or more fire doors for the cost of the typical “emergency” repair. If parts are required, you'll get a written estimate in advance so you can approve or budget for the repair knowing the bottom line up front. You get a paper trail for the fire inspector showing that you're maintaining your facility (this goes a long way with most fire inspectors). Your doors will be far better maintained - easier to lock, quieter, safer, more energy efficient. You'll be dealing with a company that wants you to call them back, if you're not satisfied with your service you won't call.
