Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. LCD, LED TV installations, mounted on a wall or over a fireplace.
Surround Sound Systems, Outdoor Sound.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. You have to be careful not to hire a contractor just because they have low prices, a contractor should be able to provide references, and plenty of them, online reviews are helpful but don't depend on them alone you never know who wrote them.
Tips for screening a contractor:
1 All cost up-front, get an estimate, labor, parts, equipment.
2 Get it in writing.
3 Request references in your area or nearby.
4 Make sure the contractor answers your calls, bug them, the more you call the better you will get to know your contractor, ( I actually prefer that my customer call me with any questions or concerns, the clearer the scopes of the job and estimate the better )
5 Do not pay the labor before the project is completed, if the job is taking longer then anticipated to complete you can help out with a small % advance for gas.
6 Check their license, you can do it online or you can call, online is easier and faster, over the telephone takes about 30 mins.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. You can not take a customer for granted, specially with their concerns and questions, many contractors only act out of their own interest, ignoring the customer's request, I spend time discussing the details of the job, thus saving time and achieving the goal intended for the customer.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. After working for 8 months with Circuit City as a Professional Home Theater Technician with the low pay and their lack of customer service care, I decided that I can do a better job being on my own than representing a failing company. I would manage, service and maintain my own customer base, with detail oriented and actual "listening" to their needs and concerns.
It is a great pleasure to have great customers, my performance is due to the awesome response I receive from my customers during the early steps and finishing stages of the job. I look forward to see their smiles and content when they realize the value of my labor with their projects.
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. I have a repeat customer, she has a hearing impairment, when she requested a Surround Sound system she was concern about the quality of sound and speakers, with my recommendation I finished the job, after I calibrated the system, she then asked me to play some of her music using the surround sound feature, the look on her eyes she almost cried, she told me that it had been years since she heard music this clear, she is so happy with it.
