Always watching Food Network, Cooking channel, new cookbooks, cooking classes, magazines and just getting creative in my head.

I found myself in this role in my personal life and with the encouragement of family and friends, it was an easy transition to the professional side.

In my experience, nothing has been common. I have cooked in a wide variety of situations and settings.
