I am a story person. I understand how to take footage, make a story using visuals and audio to tell a story. Pacing is the most important part of editing. I edit to the beat, make clean edits, color correct it, and upload it. I like that I'm allowed to be an artist at a craft that I have the talent for.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend the National Association of Broadcasters convention in Las Vegas every year. I spend 4 days on the floor of the convention center learning as much as I can as I try to spot trends.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Second Generation in the Television Business. While my father pioneered color engineering I liked editing.
