We bring character entertainment to celebrations all over California. From the Golden Gate in the beautiful Bay area to the city and area around Sacramento and to the sunny hills of Hollywood in Los Angeles, our faeries fly everywhere.

Our magic and puppet shows are filled with glittering surprises, beautiful props, and unique, handmade costumes. Our sparkling face painting is of the highest quality, and our fingers fly fast when we are twisting balloons.

We make a huge effort to create our own, unique characters. Each costume is carefully designed by hand (and is 100% wig-free) for each faerie's own unique shape, and is cared for weekly in order to always appear magical.

If you need any help planning your celebration, feel free to give us a call and speak to one of our performers (we call ourselves 'SecreFaeries') to get valuable advice and tips on how to make your big day extra sparkly.

We have 2 packages to choose from. For our 90-minute package, choose a character (from our web page) and 3 activities (magic shows, puppet shows, face painting and balloon twisting). We also include a birthday gift for the birthday child. Hooray! The rate from Monday to Thursday is $135, and $190 for Friday to Sunday.

Our second package is either our sparkling face painting or balloon twisting (you choose your favorite, and if there is time, we'll throw the other in for free!) for $105 for the first hour, Monday to Thursday, and $30 per additional 1/2 hour. From Friday to Sunday, it is $135 for the first hour, and $40 per additional 1/2 hour.

There aren't any traveling charges to most places, but if there are, you will know in advance! Just ask!

Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. We're invited? We're honored! Most of our visits involve flying into a birthday celebration with 5+ children as guests. If it isn't a children's birthday celebration, sometimes we are invited to grown-up celebrations if there are children in attendance. Schools, Company Picnics, Store Openings...we've visited those too *wink*.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Make sure you can see who is actually going to visit your event. Will they look exactly like their photo? Also, look around the internet for reviews. What another parent says about a performer can really make or break your impression of them. Generally, other parents know best! Great places to look are Yelp.com or Gig Masters.com.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. You can see the care we put into our work everywhere. From our hand made costumes (created by our Head Faerie) to our elaborate characters, the extra sparkle shines through. We focus completely on Character Entertainment (not bounce houses or cotton candy machines). Has your little one always wanted to meet a real Faerie? Well, we've always wanted to meet a real believer!

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Hi, I'm Fae Diddle Diddle, the owner of Happily Ever Laughter. Sometimes I laugh at the fact that this is actually my 'job'. It doesn't feel like it. It is my life. I am surrounded by 25 of the most incredible performers, whom I work with every day. My floor is constantly covered in sparkles from costumes that I am creating, and often forget to take the flowers out of my hair when I go grocery shopping. I feel great pride in the fact that I have really become a Faerie when I grew up.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Gracious. I think it would have to be, "Are you always this happy?" *laugh* When we speak to parents on the phone, they can really hear how involved we are with what we do. I won't give away why, you'll just have to call us for yourself *giggle* to find out!
