Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. We mostly replace broken springs on existing garage doors. We also install new doors and openers, and service existing garage door openers.
Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.
A. Today, one of our technicians started his day by first doing an estimate for a new door, changing a pair of springs at a second house, and replacing the gear on a garage door opener at a third house. He still have 5 calls left in his day, in which he will do a variety of other tasks. The two service calls also included a general tune up to the door and opener!
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Our work is performed by trained technicians and includes a written warranty, which not a lot of other companies have. We provide high quality service, and will do whatever is possible to make sure that your garage door and opener are working properly before we leave.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Our most common question is, "Can I get a discount?" to which the answer varies. If you need a spring change, unfortunately we have already decreased our pricing to accommodate customers. If you're looking at getting a new door, we have a little bit more wiggle room.
