I would give 5+ if possible. Diogo helped me replace the carpet with the installation SPC floor. Nice, clean, productive, and very responsible! Highly recommended.

This was for a 2500sqft installation, some of which were solid hardwood and the rest was engineered hardwood flooring. Selecting a vendor: We worked with Diogo after meeting with 7 or 8 other vendors. We picked Diogo for several reasons: he was clear about how the process would work, he was hands on and helpful with guiding on where and how to pick flooring that would match up to our existing hardwood flooring, he was clear and professional on the estimate and how the payment schedule would work. We also appreciated seeing Amazonia's instagram profile to get a sense of their experience. This is our first time installing flooring and we needed someone who was willing to educate us along the process and Diogo was amazing at helping us whenever we needed. Installation experience: Diogo and his team were great, the installation looks very nice, we are incredibly happy. I have been a pedantic client and Diogo adjusted anything that I asked him to and was accommodating about. It was also a pleasure to have Diogo and his team working in our home, they are kind and polite and very easy going to have around. We would highly recommend Amazonia flooring!
