A. Make sure the person you talk to knows about social media, the best way to check is to check out their own profiles on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc. There are a lot of "gurus" out there, but if their own profiles don't have too many followers.. what will they be able to do for you?

A. Social Media is free! You could technically do it yourself without having to pay anybody. What you are paying for is knowledge and time. The time to learn how it works, what you should post, who you should be friends with...etc. Also the amount of time it takes on a daily basis to update your social media accounts properly.

Can you provide client recommendations?
What kind of reporting do you do?

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. It is important for you to know the goal of your social media marketing campaign and realistic expectations. Do you want to get more clients? Build your brand? Appear on search engine results? Build your Fan base?
