This is separate from only a food handlers certification. A food handlers cert is only 3hours on-line course. Mine is registered with the State of California, for Food Safety & No Cross Contamination.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
My profession is an art, ingenuity and a science. It takes time to cook properly, present properly to ensure the best is delivered to you & your guests. I love the WOW factor & the little bit of unexpected. If I do something wrong, I fix it to best of my ability. I don't hide anything and I wouldn't do anything that I wouldn't want to happen to me. This is also where my high standards apply.
