I've been in the business 10 years, and built a reputation for being knowledge, patient, and shrewd negotiatior. I'm known for having an opinion, and watching out for my clients. My background is a BA in Economics from Berkeley, a California CPA (inactive), and MBA from UCLA. I've work for Arthur Andersen for 4 years, 3 years are Morrison and Foerster and 4 years in high-tech (Netscape being the most notable). I understand online marketing, sales from my work in high-tech, and used to consult with clients on taxes for a living.
