Introduction: I guarantee to make you faster for any sport. My primary focus is to help athletes increase their speed and efficiency of movements, starting as young as 10 years of age and going through their 20s. Speed is critical in every sport, whether it's your first step or breaking away from the pack down the field. I also train adults who are looking to get back the fitness of their youth and reverse the years of neglect that have accumulated because of a busy and stressful life. It doesn't matter if you're 33 or 83, I can help you improve your fitness and quality of life. Plus, I show you how to develop workouts that fit your time and available equipment (or none at all), so you can succeed on your own after our sessions end. I train at the Fresno Crossfit gym at Cedar and Shaw, and can do one-on-one or small group sessions, each lasting 1 hour.

I've never been a fan of going to the gym and the traditional workouts that everyone does there.
