- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally trytry to explain the process in addressing their type of problem. Also I usually make recommendations for additional software or hardware to better insure the client will get better performance or security when those are the issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I keep abreast of new technology trends through reading of technical forums and manufacturers websites and through hands on when it is possible to procure the technology at hand. I have over 25 years of computer training including 16 years in the United States Air Force and also have a Bachelor's of Computer Science degree and Cisco training and also Project Management through Villanova University.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As I was always a person very interested in science, upon entering the U.S. Air Force I had the privilege of working on some of the most sophisticated avionics/electronics in the word. I discovered I was very good at fixing them darn computers.
