Introduction: I believe in my clients. I'm not driven by money, what drives me are the testimonies. I love hearing people say with my help they were able o come off medication and get their health back. I enjoy helping my clients see the fun side of fitness and weight loss. Its not work, its fun. Exercise is not just a physical transformation, but also a mental and emotional transformation I love the ministry part of if. We were blessed with only one body and 2 lives. Natural life on earth and eternal life. Since we are on earth for a short period of time we might as well live life to its fullest extent with the best health possible. I dont push or drive my beliefs on anyone, i train athiest, non-believers etc...regardless what your belief, we have to agree that taking care of your body and health will improve the quality of your life
