Introduction: I'm presentable, personable, honest, hard working, dependable, always on time, and I'm really friendly, I also have the best team of certified bartenders! You get a full service experience, from beginning to the end I will completely organize and coordinate the bar end of things making that one less thing my clients have to think about, from the drink menu to the custom touches in my menu boards to my mixology skills, you’re sure to have the best experience. I have a custom made bar with lights, and several other bars to choose from, a few logos to pick from, a few menu boards to pick from and two side bars. Definitely one of the nicest setups in Fresno County. I enjoy being a part of my clients special day, wether it’s a wedding or any other special event and I love helping them come up with signature drinks, even creating color themed drinks and putting my skills to work. Meeting new people and constantly making new friends is an amazing feeling.

Our daughter's wedding began with one disaster after another. After having bridesmaids washed down the I5 in a mudslide and the groom going to the hospital with food poisoning the night before the day of the wedding started with the outdoor venue in a downpour. As guest arrived with no where to go for the ceremony they migrated to the where the bar was being relocated about two hours before scheduled. Tanza went with the flow an began pacifying the crowd early before her help arrived. Gradually the rain stopped and guest started moving to the reception area where the ceremony was being relocated happily carring a drink or some wine. She was on top of her game as others stumbled along. The sun came out and the ceremony and reception ended up great. Thanks to Tanza everyone was ready to party. GREAT JOB!!

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a complicated pricing system. All I want to know is where, how far, how many guests and if I'll be the only bartender. My prices are based off of how many people I will be serving, the number of hours to be worked, and how far I will be driving. I have to say that I am reasonable tho.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will provide a quote up front so they know what they're looking at as far as cost, then I'll set up a time to meet to go over their drink menu, then once hired I'll provide an alcohol shopping list so that they don't purchase too much or too little, I'll provide the bar and all bar tools, set up and clean up. We'll have great communication from start to finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do stay up on the latest drinks by taking online classes and when I go out to lunch or dinner with my family I see what the new drinks are and look up how to make them. If I love them I make them one of my signature drinks.
