FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't just look at the list of past clients, look at recommendation letters and references. Also, don't think that a company has to have done the exact same type of project you're interested in doing. If they're professional like us, they'll be able to produce in any style and work with any industry, product or service to deliver a useful and effective media presentation.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The old adage that everything starts with the script is true. The truth is that most production companies are not very good at writing or concept development. I started as a scriptwriter so this is a valuable thing my company provides that others usually farm out, do poorly or don't do at all. Many expect you to do it. I've had clients that want to write their own material and we often work with them to improve on it. It's a happy collaboration because they know we know our stuff and that it's all in the interest of improving their results. Preproduction is important and scriptwriting is an essential part of preproduction. Don't skimp on preproduction because you think you're saving money. A job done wrong or not to your satisfaction is no bargain at all.
