Introduction: We Carrie One of the best Products to Clean! We Are Extremely Detailed, Affordable, Reliable We are In Uniform all of the time! We are Neat while we Clean and Organize We are NOT messy we stay Clean and we Do Exellent work. We do some Decorations to your home and Organize while we clean that set us apart form our Comperators... What I like most about My Work is Cleaning/Organizing and Decorating... I also like to meet new people, New Clients! I also like to see the Before and after the Cleaning... I like how i make peoples lifes easier and them spending more extra time with their Families and friends In other words i like everything about my work!

We used MagicA Cleaning in our business for two years. On one hand, they are the first cleaning service that was able to provide true business documents such as a license and insurance BUT when those expired it was very difficult getting new, current copies so I would be careful to verify their legality (and the legality of their staff such as work comp coverage-- which you need to be aware of if they are on your property!). Because we were contracting with them as a business, I wanted to make sure they were legitimately operating. Why they get a "POOR" rating from us is because they are very inconsistent with their schedule: I can't even begin to count the number of times she either no-showed, called me at the start time with an excuse, or called in advance to change the agreed upon time. In the end, she no-showed one-time-too-many and didn't even notify me of it. We paid her $150 per clean and she would spend ~4 hours each week on the job. Sometimes she would bring "help" but usually it was just her on the job. We would pay her by business check usually 2-3 weeks after receiving an invoice, but she wouldn't cash the check for another 2 weeks (not sure why). I would say the quality of the cleaning was average. She would address issues if they were brought to her attention but then they would slip again down the road. For the cost ($600 - $750 per month), it wasn't worth it. After firing her, we went without outside cleaning help for 2 months and didn't even notice it.

    If I were to hire a Cleaning Service, I would Recommend to make copies of the Cleaning Service Maids ID'S, and the Cleaning Service License and Insurance, I would do this if I'm going to Trust any person with the keys to my home/Office or Ext...! Also I would Provide my own Cleaning Towels even though MagicA Cleaning Has Color coded Cleaning Towels and are Sanatized. I Recommend for the Maids to Use Gloves at All times I would NOT want them to Clean My Kitchen and Dishes after their Hands have being in Somebody elses toilet at least Not with out Color Coded Gloves does that make sense? Hiring a Cleaning Service in Uniform It's Important to me, It tells me they are Professionals, and overall it show Proefessionalism. I would stay around a few Times when any Cleaning Service cleans my home so that I could see for myself how they Clean and to make sure that everything is done Properly. Communication is very Important to MagicA Cleaning Service.
