A. I would always ask for a "meet and greet" and check in with clients of the service to get feed back. I believe that gives piece of mind.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A.
I think knowing scheduling conflicts can occur, for sure when Emergency Service is offered. A good pet sitting service should have back up employees who are extensions of themselves. That should be explained to clients ahead of time. Piece of mind again should be the most important thing!
