We hired Chef Christoff for my moms birthday dinner. From our first phone call he was so professional. He made the process so easy and helped us pick a great menu. My mom is an amazing cook and I was really wanting to impress her with some great food. Everything was incredible. The crab cakes are a must. The chocolate soufflé that was to die for. I wish I would have taken photos since everything was presented so nicely. The entire experience was top notch and my family agreed that we want to hire him again the next time we are in California!

Chef Christoff was outstanding from beginning to end. Fantastic communication upfront on pricing and menu options. Everything was very clear and easy to understand, no hidden fees. He gave us a lot of latitude to create a menu that worked for our group with a few picky eaters. On the day of our meal, he was on time, clean, and a pleasure to hang out and chat with. The food was excellent and truly impressive for what can be done in a home environment in a foreign kitchen for him. I’d highly recommend Chef for a private event as he made our day really memorable.

Our experience with Chef Christoff was amazing! He was very responsive, so easy to work with and totally delivered on everything he outlined. We had the 4 course dinner and everything was impeccable. The crab cake was outstanding and the filet was so tender and delicious I could cut it with a butter knife. He also has such a great personality so all of us had such a great time with him. Highly recommended!

I have 26 years of restaurant and cooking experience. I also have a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu.
