Hello! My name is Ernie, and I've been working with computer and networks for over 15 years. My experience and knowledge of computers and networking is very comprehensive because I've primarily worked alone in my career, so I've had to solve all my problems by myself.

I am also A+ hardware, A+ operating systems, networking+ and MCSE certified. Because of my education and experience, I am confident that I can help you with pretty much all of your computer-related questions and/or problems. And if I can't, I will gladly research the issue and get back with you.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. The most common job I get is removing malware from a computer. Malware since I could remember has been getting more lethal and devastating to a computer.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. What stand out about me is that I do this for a living and have worked for some of the top antivirus companies out there. My specialty is removing malware, but I am a professional at all aspects of computing.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Helping people and giving them longevity on the computers that they own. I have been repairing PC's since 1995 and I have come to realize that computer technicians are like car mechanics, you never know who you could trust these days. I am here to solve that and to give people the truth on their repair needs at a fair price.
