    I trust nobody else with my computers in my home and my office. ePCdoctor gets 2 thumbs up for amazing customer service. He goes over what is wrong in comprehensive vocabulary, for the non computer geek, to understand and walks you thru it in detail. Highly recommended ft or everyone to give him a call before wasting your time elsewhere.

    Has several issues with my laptop and saw ePCdoctor and called him and before you know it he was online via remote on my laptop. I explained everything that was going on with my laptop. After 45 min, I was back up and running (Faster then I was before) and to date have NOT had any issues! Have to say, he listened to everything I said then started fixing each issue. By far the best company I've dealt with thus far. Don't waste your time taking your laptop or desktop to these other places to be fixed, stay in your house and let the "DOC" fix it for you!!!

    I have known Ernie for over a decade, and in that time, he has rescued me from a computer crisis more times than I can count. He has helped me eliminate lethal viruses, run overdue maintenance on my systems, upgraded my hardware and software, and even helped guide me in the purchase of new systems.

    Ernie's service is without equal. And, he's done most of the work online from his home! He just dialed into my system and took care of it; I didn't have to do a thing. And, he's fast; he's solved even the most complicated problems I've had in a couple of hours.

    His work is excellent, his attitude is wonderful (he's got a sense of humor!), and his prices are fair. I cannot speak more highly of Ernie. Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. The most common job I get is removing malware from a computer. Malware since I could remember has been getting more lethal and devastating to a computer.

Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.

A. 1. Infected computer related to a rootkit that was preventing the customer from using the PC.
2. Complete laptop format with Vista business, the customer did not have the original CD, but did have the product key for Windows Vista and we were able to get it fully installed for them.
3. Laptop screen replacement on a fully cracked screen, turn around time was 1 day after receiving the needed screen.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. What stand out about me is that I do this for a living and have worked for some of the top antivirus companies out there. My specialty is removing malware, but I am a professional at all aspects of computing.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Helping people and giving them longevity on the computers that they own. I have been repairing PC's since 1995 and I have come to realize that computer technicians are like car mechanics, you never know who you could trust these days. I am here to solve that and to give people the truth on their repair needs at a fair price.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. In the early years of the internet, I decided to dabble in the computer field and started with graphic arts first. Being that I needed a computer myself, I had a co-worker show me how to build my very own computer from buying each part separately and putting it all together. This fascinated me on how the components all worked together and the computer actually turned on and worked. From there my love of computers and repairing them grew to what I have accomplished up until now.

Q. What are you currently working on improving?

A. We are working on improving the Mac support of the company as we are getting allot of customers that have issues with their Macs. This is a big market and improving on the support for customers that need it is top priority.
