I take the time to sit with the client to strategize on how to best work around their most common concerns to either improve upon them or completely change their current methodologies in order to try different strategies for increasing business. I typically look at what the client is doing from a consumers point of view and look at what is missing from a efficiency, technical, and grass roots "footing".
