We are a full-service property manager. We manage residential and commercial properties, including condominiums and apartments. We also provide leasing and sales of these same properties.
Our rates are reasonable and vary depending upon the amount of work needed, usually 3 to 5 percent of the gross income. Our clients like our quick response to their needs and the needs of the tenants.
We have a list of sub contractors and attorneys, if needed. We always try to save our clients money. We are available 7 days a week. We have properties from San Pedro to San Bernardino.
